The Election Committee met on Saturday, May 6th, 2023, to accept and certify nomination petitions for the Local 26 Executive Board election. In accordance with Local 26 Constitution and Bylaws, Section 11.5, C (Election Procedures) (4) “If only one candidate is nominated for a given office, that candidate shall be declared elected without further procedures.” Therefore:
