SEIU Local 26 has moved to a new office at 706 North 1st Street, Suite
110, in Minneapolis’s Warehouse District.
We thank everyone who came to our open house on October 9.
Right
now, Suburban security officers have been organizing to join the union,
and we’re closing in on winning a majority sign-up election. At the
beginning of the year, we won an awesome “Green Jobs” contract for
downtown custodians, and the window cleaners lock out showed how window
cleaners need to be rewarded for their dangerous work. And we're
still organizing to win immigration reform.
